Kickapoo Coffee is now operating under the name Wonderstate Coffee. The name change happened as the company learned of the Indigenous people of the Kickapoo Nation. The original name was inspired by the Kickapoo River of Wisconsin, but Wonderstate took a proactive approach to end any cultural appropriation that could be misinterpreted. We are proud of Wonderstate’s decision to change the name. We’re also proud of the work we did for them while they were still operating under their old name. Check it out below.
